Following this visit, you will receive a summary document summarizing our discussions and the initial directions of the project.

 

 

Preliminary draft

 

I present to you a complete study in the form of a Planning Book, including:

 

  • 2D plans of the different spaces,

  • Visuals and 3D renderings to help you project (optional)

  • Mood boards (colors, materials, materials),

  • Provisional shopping list (furniture, lighting, textiles, accessories) with visuals, references and prices,

  • An estimate of the overall cost of the project.

 

 

Overall project (in collaboration with an architect or project manager)

 

Turnkey support including:

 

  • Technical plans and trend boards,

  • Precise costing of the necessary interventions,

  • Project management (forecast planning, site monitoring, coordination of craftsmen),

  • Order and delivery tracking,

  • Final staging: installation of equipment, furniture and decoration.
