Renovating a studio apartment for a cat (and its owner)

Imagine: a 33m² cocoon nestled in the 15th arrondissement, near Georges Brassens Park. A dream come true for a Parisian student and her cat!

Initially, this studio, located on the first floor of a small residential building with a rare double exposure, was a real challenge. A tiny kitchen, a small window... But after a masterful transformation, this place exudes youth and optimism!

The first major step was to redesign the alcove, previously occupied by the bed. An industrial-style glass partition has now been installed, providing privacy and light. The result? A distinct and elegant sleeping area with a custom-designed dressing room for a beautiful wardrobe.

But the real feat is the kitchen and bathroom layout. The toilet was cleverly integrated into a completely remodeled bathroom, allowing for a larger kitchen. The added bonus? This magnificent herringbone floor from #surfaceparquet. A beauty!

The living room, with its soft shades of white and light beige, is now the perfect place to relax for our student. And of course, how can we not mention the moldings from #oracdecors added to enhance the whole thing with a touch of Parisian chic?

Furniture-wise, it's a harmonious mix of second-hand furniture and purchases from #alinea, #ikeafrance, and #ampmfrance. And for cozy evenings, there's nothing like the #divafrance sofa to slump down on after a long day of classes.

But the real stroke of genius? The discreet little niche in the bathroom designed for the cat's litter box. Because after all, even small felines deserve a corner of their own in such a chic space!

This newly renovated studio, designed for a student and her faithful companion, demonstrates that modernity, style, and comfort can coexist, even in a small space. A true source of inspiration for anyone looking to rethink their interior with originality!
